Web server issues

Our lewiscounty.com web server is giving us issue this morning. It appears to be causing issues mostly with cold fusion. We are currently working on it. The web sites hosted on this server may be coming up and down while we work on the issue.

The server is currently back up and running. It appears the an abnormal level of FTP traffic was causing the host to slow. We are scanning the host now and reviewing logs.

We found a cgi that was being called from cold fusion on the iis server that was timing out. We have corrected the issue and the server has returned to normal. This issue is fixed.

I have re-written the cgi-bin read routine to prevent it from causing cold fusion issues. This problem shouldn't happen again.
