Updated spamassassin

I have updated the signature files for spamassassin. I also found a perl dns module that was outdated. Now with the new lookup and signatures spam e-mails are being properly tagged. Maybe now we can redirect some of this garbage from our inbox 8)

GOOD NEWS: The tagging is working much better. I had only TWO spam e-mails this morning. SpamAssassin caught 14. I think we're finally seeing some results :D
