Load Balancing problem in Morton

Last month when we upgraded our core routers in Morton we switched our balancing from MPPP to CEF. I'm not sure the CEF is working right as it's breaking or slowing some access to certain pages. We will be working to switch back to MPPP over the next few days.

The site that is the most displays issue with this is seattletimes.com (http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/home/).

I have turned off the cache (cache.lewiscounty.com) which uses wccp. This has corrected the issue with Seattle Times web site. Still not sure if it's a CEF or MPPP issue.
