At about 11:00 this morning a number of customers from Packwood noticed issues with DSL service. After looking into the issue we found a number of problems at the ATM level to that prefix. When attempting to call those customers back we discovered a fast busy condition when calling the 494- prefix.

I have openned a trouble ticket with the telco. We suspect they are working on it. This appears to be an issue that is affecting all Packwood customers.

I'll post more info as it become available.

Problems still persists. I have confirmed that there is a fiber cut in packwood. The telco is working on it. Hopefully DSL will start working later today.
