open source software for 3D modeling

Postby forhire » Tue Feb 01, 2005 3:11 am

I'm not much of an artist but I came across this tool that looks quite good for 3d modeling. Its comparable to Bryce 3d without the price tag. If anyone tries it, be sure to post your results.

Pretty awesome

I downloaded a couple of the smaller movies - awesome (and funny too)
When I get time I'm gonna dl & install - most 3d software I've used that was powerful enough to actually build in 3d mostly just crossed my eyes -so once I've tried out I'll report back if I can still see straight or not.
