SERVICE NOTICE: Fiber optic outage

Hi Everyone,

At about 2:45 PM PST 8/29/16 our fiber optic connection to Seattle went down due a switch failure upstream from us. This outage is affecting several areas in Washington. Technicians are on-site and are working to restore service. At this time I do not have a firm ETA.
