As part of our network build out we will be upgrading our core router in Morton late tonight. If all goes well the actual time of outage should be limited to only a few minutes.

I'm back on site. I'll be moving circuits just after mid-night.
I may move the Morton to Mossyrock link now so I can verify the T1 termination is correct. This is a redundant link which shouldn't cause any problems to move early.

After I pulled the Morton to Mossyrock circuit over the the new router I wasn't able to restore the circuit on the old router. This forced me to move ahead very quickly and move ALL the circuits onto the new router. After a minor problem with a bad cable... everything is up. We are now running off the new router. Total time took about 16 minutes. Maybe I'll get home early.

Things are looking very stable. What can I say, I LOVE this new router. It has a TON more horse power than our old router. It's quick. Now to fix my graphing...

I've fixed the traffic monitoring for the new router. We are currently sending and receiving at normal levels. Everything is working very well.
