After last nights attempt to patch our old version of the webmail I relized that the application was still producing errors. I have upgraded the MIME::Base64 package and installed a clean copy of OWM. Currently it appears to be working but slower than usual because it has to re-index all the mail folders as you use them.

Overall it's working as expected.

We are now using SpeedyCGI which is suppose to increase our speed by 5 to 10 times. We will see.

After migrating everyone's existing spam folder to the new spam-mail folder I failed to change the permissions. Thanks bookwyrm for pointing out this issue.
