Power outage causes problems in Mossyrock

At around 8:45 AM this morning the power went out in the area. This caused problems in Mossyrock because our battery backup failed. Looking at the usage it appears to have caused problems from Packwood to Mossyrock. Customers in Mineral remained online throughout the outage so I assume they didn't loose power.
At present all services have been restored and customers are logging back in after their loss of power. Our main data center remained online throughout the outage.

Still having problems with the power in Mossyrock. At 6:20 AM this morning the power caused a reboot in Mossyrock. Everything has come back online. We are ordering a new UPS for our Mossyrock location today.

We have ordered a larger UPS for our Mossyrock location. We will be scheduling the switch over later this week when it arrives.

Power went off at 4:20 AM this morning in Mossyrock AGAIN! Hopefully the UPS will be here soon!

The new UPS arrived today. We have been charging it for the last 12 hours. We hope to have it onsite in Mossyrock in the morning (if I can get some help loading/unloading it). It's very big and heavy.
The power transfer will cause a 5 to 10 minute outage while we move equipment.

We just completed the installation of the new UPS in Mossyrock. The new UPS should solve our power issues for quite some time.
