SERVICE NOTICE: Fiber optic outage

Hi Everyone,

At about 6:45 AM PST, our fiber optic connection went down. We have opened a trouble ticket and are waiting for an ETA on the repair. The issues appears to be with the hand off at the Westin in Seattle. I hope to have more information soon.

The issue appears to be with the hand off to Sprint in Seattle. Both carriers are working on the issue. I'll post more information as it becomes available.

A technician has been dispatched to the location in Seattle to replace a piece of hardware. Hopefully the repair will be done soon.

All services have been restored.

The fiber optic connection to Seattle was restored at 11:15 PM PST. All services should now be working.

A switch at the Seattle end of the circuit was the problem. Huge thanks to the technicians who worked late to get it sorted.
