SERVICE NOTICE: Fiber optic cable outage

Hi Everyone,

At around 3:00 AM PST on 12-09-15 our fiber optic cable that carries our connectivity to Seattle, WA was damaged due to high winds near Ashford, WA.

Repair technicians have been dispatched to the area and we expect the repair to be completed sometime this morning.

At just after 2:00 PM PST connectivity was restored to Seattle. The outage was due to tree damaged caused by last nights high winds.
