Busy problem from Randle and Packwood due to fiber cut

At about 2:30 PM a fiber optic cable that services Randle and Packwood was cut. CenturyTel is currently looking for the broken fiber optic line. They've narrows the search to a 15 mile stretch and hope to have it repaired soon. This is causing calls from those areas to get a fast busy. DSL in those areas may also be limited and/or interrupted.

It appears the problem is still causing issues for customer in Randle and Packwood. I will keep monitoring. At least the telco doesn't have to work in the rain

This was fixed last night at some time. All has returned to normal.
